OpusFunnel vs GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel is the most complete agency platform on the market. It is also the one people hire a consultant to set up. Both of those are true, and which matters more depends entirely on how you want to spend your week.

Fair is fair

Where GoHighLevel is the better choice.

You already run it well

If your agency has snapshots, workflows and a team who know it, that is years of accumulated setup. Nothing here is worth throwing that away for.

You need a specific integration

Their marketplace is large and ours does not exist yet. If your business runs through one particular app, check we support it before you move.

You want every dial

They expose more configuration than we do, deliberately. If you want to control every branch of every workflow by hand, they will let you and we will get in your way.

The actual difference

One gives you the parts. The other gives you the thing.

GoHighLevel is assembled from components: a page builder, a workflow canvas, a CRM, a calendar, a reseller module. Each is capable. Connecting them is your job, and it is a real job — form fields mapped to custom fields, tags triggering workflows, webhooks wired between the two.

Here there is nothing to connect. You describe the business; the page, the form, the contact record, the pipeline stage and the follow-up are one object from the moment they exist. There is no wiring step because there is no wiring.

Twenty-one items in the sidebar, and reseller settings spread across four of them. GoHighLevel's own navigation, counted in August 2026

Nine items, and that is the ceiling

Not a design preference — a rule. Every tab spends a budget that does not replenish, and a platform that never says no to a tab ends up needing a consultant to explain itself.

Side by side

What each costs, and what you get.

If you resell

Why we can leave client accounts uncapped and they cannot.

GoHighLevel bundles usage into every sub-account, so each client genuinely costs them money — and they price to protect against that.

We meter usage instead. Your clients pay for the calls and messages they actually make, which means a client is revenue to us rather than cost. There is no reason to charge you for having more of them, so we do not.

$399

vs their $497

Ninety-eight dollars a month cheaper, for the tier that lets you sell under your own name.

5

brands, not 2

Run DentalGrow and LawnLeads as separate products, with separate domains and prices, from one account.

$0

per client

Ten clients or two hundred, the plan price does not move.

Read this before you move

Who should stay where they are.

We would rather lose the signup than have you migrate and regret it in month three.

You have years of workflows built

That work does not transfer. If your operation depends on forty custom workflows, the cost of rebuilding them is real and probably larger than the price difference.

Your clients are trained on their interface

Retraining twenty client teams is a project. Worth doing only if the platform is actively costing you something.

You depend on a marketplace app

Ours does not exist yet. If something specific runs your business, ask us first — we will tell you honestly whether it works.

You want maximum control over every branch

We deliberately expose less. That is the trade: fewer decisions to make, fewer decisions you are allowed to make. Some people want the canvas, and they should keep it.

Try it on a real funnel before deciding.
