These terms are an agreement between you and OpusFunnel, a company organised in the United States ("OpusFunnel", "we", "us"). These terms are written to be read. Please read them, because they include a trial that turns into a paid subscription, limits on our liability and an indemnity from you. Our registered address is available on request from support@opusfunnel.com.
OpusFunnel is for business and professional use only. It is not sold to consumers. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting for a business, including as a sole trader, and not as a consumer.
You accept these terms by ticking or clicking to agree when you create an account. At the same time you accept the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Processing Addendum, and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy. We record which versions you accepted and when.
Where we offer it. OpusFunnel is currently offered to businesses established in the United States. It is not offered to businesses established in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. If your business is established in one of those places, you may not use OpusFunnel. Sign-up asks for your business's country, and by creating an account you confirm where your business is established. Tell us if that changes.
If you accept for a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organisation.
If these documents conflict, the more specific one wins for its subject. The Data Processing Addendum wins on data protection.
OpusFunnel is software you use by subscription. Depending on your plan it includes:
We host it and keep it running. You supply the content, the products and the customers.
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite. Keep sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone has got into your account.
One business per account. You may not resell or share access to your account, except that:
in each case under the Agency Terms.
If your account was created by an agency, your agency may manage it, and some things (such as your plan and cancelling) may be handled by your agency rather than by us.
Plans are billed monthly, in advance. We do not currently offer annual billing. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply.
| Plan | Price | Platform fee on your sales |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 2% of each sale |
| Launch | $79 a month | None |
| Unlimited | $199 a month | None |
| Resell | $399 a month | None |
The platform fee. On paid plans we take no platform fee on your sales. On the Free plan we charge a platform fee of 2% of each sale you take through OpusFunnel checkout. Stripe deducts it as an application fee when the payment is made, including on each payment of a subscription you sell. The fee is not returned if you later refund the sale or lose a dispute. Your payment processor's own fees are separate and go to the processor.
Payment for your plan is taken by Stripe. We never see or store full card details.
If we change a plan price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. You can cancel before it does.
Your first paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. There is one trial per account. The Free plan has no trial and no end date.
Reminder. Three days before a trial ends, we email the account owner the date it ends and the price that will then be charged, or, if there is no card, a reminder to add one.
To cancel during the trial: open Settings › Billing & wallet, press Cancel subscription (or Open billing portal) and confirm. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. No email or phone call is needed.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month, at the price then current, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from Settings › Billing & wallet. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account moves to the Free plan with your content kept. Changes between paid plans take effect straight away and are prorated on your next invoice.
If your subscription is with an agency, you cancel with your agency. The Refund & Cancellation Policy has the details.
You take payments through your own Stripe account, which you connect to OpusFunnel. Your Stripe account is governed by the Stripe Services Agreement between you and Stripe. Money is paid to you by Stripe, not held by us.
You are the seller to your customers. You are responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds, chargebacks and customer service, and for the terms you sell on. If you sell subscriptions, you must tell buyers the renewal terms and let them cancel as the law requires; our checkout shows renewal terms and an agreement tick box for subscriptions, and you must not work around them. Buyers can cancel a subscription themselves from their account on your site. If you sell digital content, courses or memberships to consumers in the UK or the EU, switch on the setting "I sell to consumers in the UK or EU", so the checkout asks those buyers to agree to immediate access and to the loss of their right to cancel.
Some features run on third parties that you connect or that we use: Stripe (payments), PayPal (payouts), Telnyx and mobile carriers (texting and calls), Meta and WhatsApp, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social and ad networks, and AI model providers. You must follow their terms and policies when you use those features. We are not responsible for their services. We may limit or suspend a feature if a provider requires it or changes its rules.
Everything you put into OpusFunnel (pages, courses, videos, contacts, copy) remains yours. You give us the limited permission we need to host, copy, process and display it to provide the service, including sending it to the providers that run the features you use. That permission ends when the content is deleted.
How we handle personal data in your content is set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
You are responsible for your content, your contacts, the messages you send and the calls you make, your products and sales, and your compliance with the laws that apply to them. That includes telemarketing, anti-spam, privacy, consumer and advertising law (for example the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, the GDPR, PECR and the FTC's rules on reviews and endorsements).
In particular, you must:
Sensitive data. OpusFunnel is not designed for health records, and we do not sign business associate agreements under HIPAA. Do not store protected health information, card numbers or government ID numbers in contact fields, forms or messages.
Children. Do not use OpusFunnel to collect data from children under 13, or under 16 in the EU, unless you meet the rules that apply.
AI output can be inaccurate. Review it before you send or publish it. You are responsible for what you publish and send. The AI Terms apply when you use AI features.
We may suspend or restrict all or part of the service:
We will tell you why, and lift the suspension once the reason has gone.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable, and we do not offer an uptime guarantee on these plans. Maintenance happens, and so do failures at providers we depend on.
We improve the service all the time and may change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance. Features marked beta or "coming soon" are provided as they are and may change or be withdrawn.
You can cancel your plan at any time (see Renewal and cancelling). Cancelling a paid plan moves the account to Free; it does not delete it. To close your account completely, use Close account in Settings › Account & data, or write to support@opusfunnel.com. We delete the account's data 30 days after the request, as the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum describe. You can cancel the request until then.
You can export your contacts as a CSV file from the app at any time, and download a copy of all of the account's data from Settings › Account & data. Export what you need before you close the account.
We may end the agreement for a serious or repeated breach, or on 30 days' notice for any other reason. If we end it without cause, we refund any unused balance.
Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment, indemnity, liability and governing law) survive the end of the agreement.
You will defend and indemnify OpusFunnel, and its officers and staff, against third-party claims, regulatory fines and carrier or network penalties, and the reasonable costs of dealing with them, arising from your content, your contacts, the messages you send and calls you make, your products and sales, or your breach of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the Messaging Terms. We will tell you promptly about any claim and let you control its defence, with our reasonable help.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those in these terms, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill or indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnity, or your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or the Messaging Terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We respond to notices of copyright infringement and illegal content under our Copyright Policy, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
You confirm you are not located in a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, and are not on a US, EU, UK or UN sanctions list. You will not use the service in breach of sanctions or export controls.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email the account owner at least 30 days before it takes effect, and may ask you to accept the new version in the app. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies. The version and date at the top always show the current terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which OpusFunnel is organised, and the state and federal courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before starting a claim, each of us will first try to resolve the dispute by writing to the other and allowing 30 days to settle it.
Version history: 2026-09-24, rewritten for business-only use, the platform fee, the card-first trial, the prepaid balance, messaging, AI, agencies and the new contracting entity. 2026-08-20, previous version.
