Roundup · updated August 2026
ClickFunnels is a strong product with a $97 floor, a three-course cap and two team seats. Whether that's a problem depends entirely on what you're building. Here are five platforms worth considering instead, with the honest trade-offs for each.

The list
01
From $12/mo · 0% transaction fees
Best for: running the whole business in one login without paying a percentage
Website, funnels, store, courses, memberships, community, email, automation, CRM, booking and checkout in one system. The unified inbox pulls Instagram DMs, Messenger and web chat into the same thread as email, and contracts, invoices and certificates are built in rather than bolted on.
02
Free plan · paid from $17/mo · 0% fees
Best for: starting with no budget at all
A genuinely free plan with 2,000 contacts and no credit card, plus unlimited email on every tier. Funnels, courses, a blog, an affiliate programme and basic automation. Simple by design, and that's the appeal.
03
From $59/mo · 5% fee on entry plan
Best for: teams who want unlimited email and a built-in helpdesk
A mature all-in-one covering funnels, courses, email, affiliates, calendars, video and a support desk. Unlimited email from the $119 plan up. The entry plan carries a 5% transaction fee and a 500-contact cap.
04
From $69/mo · 0.5–2% fee on your own processor
Best for: established creators who want the best-known name
The most recognised course platform, with a large community, a big template ecosystem and a branded student mobile app. Charges a percentage of sales if you bring your own Stripe account, falling from 2% to 0.5% as you move up the plans.
05
From $18/mo · 0% fees
Best for: people who want a clean page builder and a white-label programme
A tidy website and funnel builder with e-commerce, courses, communities, video hosting and a white-label reseller programme. The subscriber caps are the catch: 100 contacts on the $36 plan.
We make OpusFunnel, so treat our own entry with the scepticism it deserves. What we've tried to do here is give every platform a real reason to be chosen and a real trade-off — including ours. Every price came from the vendor's own published page in August 2026. If we've got something wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.
Questions
Nothing, if funnels are the business. It charges no transaction fee and its builder is the most mature there is. The friction is elsewhere: $97 to start, three courses on that plan, two team seats, and no booking calendar, contracts, invoices or certificates.
systeme.io — they have a genuinely free plan with 2,000 contacts and no card. If budget is the binding constraint, start there. Among paid plans, OpusFunnel starts at $12 and Simvoly at $18.
ClickFunnels, OpusFunnel, systeme.io and Simvoly all charge 0%. Kartra charges 5% on its entry plan only, and Kajabi charges 0.5–2% if you use your own payment processor. Your card processor's fee applies everywhere regardless.
Not directly — funnel formats aren't portable, so pages get rebuilt. Contacts move by CSV everywhere. The genuine friction on any migration is active subscriptions, which can't transfer because card details live with the processor.
Unlimited courses, ten team seats, and everything else — from $79 a month.
