Built for Coaches

Coaching runs on relationships. Your software should hold them.

Booking, calls, contracts, invoices, programme content and every conversation on one record — so when a client messages you, you already know where they are.

Booking calendar · contracts · unlimited group programmes

The usual problem

Four tools, and none of them know each other.

A coaching business is small enough that admin should be invisible, and most coaches spend hours a week on it anyway. Here's where it goes.

The calendar doesn't know the client

Calendly books the call. Your CRM has the notes. Neither shows you that the client went quiet three weeks ago.

Contracts and invoices live elsewhere

A separate e-sign tool, a separate invoicing tool, and a manual step between the discovery call and getting paid.

Group programmes need a fifth tool

Once you go one-to-many you need somewhere to host the content and somewhere for the cohort to talk. That's usually two more subscriptions.

What you get

One record, from first message to renewal

Everything a coaching practice actually does, in one place, with the client at the centre of it.

01

Booking that carries context

Round-robin or solo, buffers, paid sessions, automatic reminders. The appointment sits on the client's record next to their payment history and their programme progress. $97 plan.

02

Contracts signed before you start

Send a coaching agreement for e-signature, store it against the client, and trigger onboarding the moment it's signed. $29 plan.

03

No-shows chase themselves

A missed session marks itself and starts a rebooking sequence. You find out it was handled, not that it happened.

04

Group programmes without a new tool

Unlimited courses and members on every plan, with a private community attached, drip scheduling and completion certificates.

05

Payment plans and retainers

Split a $3,000 programme across three months, or bill a monthly retainer that renews itself. 0% platform fee on all of it.

06

They message you, you see everything

Instagram DM, Messenger, web chat and email in one thread — with their sessions, purchases and progress on the same screen. $97 plan.

The maths

What a coaching stack usually costs

Kajabi Basic$143/mo
Calendly Teams$16/mo
DocuSign personal$15/mo
Invoicing tool$20/mo
All of it, on OpusFunnel$97/mo

Kajabi also takes 2% of sales on Basic if you use your own Stripe, and has no booking calendar, contracts or invoicing at all.

Where to start

Start on Grow, at $97 a month

Coaching needs the booking calendar, the unified inbox and automation, and all three start on the $97 Grow plan. It is the honest recommendation rather than the cheap one.

If you are pre-revenue and only need a site and a sales page to test the offer, start at $12 on Publish and move up when the first clients land.

Questions

Common questions

Can clients book and pay in one step?

Yes. Set a price on a calendar and payment is taken at the point of booking through your own Stripe account, with no platform fee on top.

Does it handle group coaching as well as one-to-one?

Yes — collective calendars for group calls, unlimited courses for the curriculum, and a private community for the cohort, all on the same login as your one-to-one clients.

What about session notes?

Notes, tasks and file attachments live on the contact record alongside everything else. There is no separate note-taking app to keep in sync.

Can I send a contract before the first session?

Yes, from the $29 Sell plan. E-signed, stored on the client's record, and able to trigger an onboarding sequence when it comes back signed.
