Acceptable Use Policy

This exists so the platform stays usable for everyone on it. One account sending spam damages email deliverability for every other customer, which is why this list is short and enforced.

What you may not do

Email and messaging

• Send to purchased, scraped or rented lists
• Send marketing to people who did not opt in
• Hide or fake who the message is from, or omit an unsubscribe link
• Ignore unsubscribe requests

Content and conduct

• Anything illegal where you or your customers are
• Fraud, deceptive claims, fake scarcity, fake testimonials or invented results
• Malware, phishing, or pages impersonating another business
• Content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or harasses people
• Infringing someone else's copyright or trade mark

Technical

• Probing, scanning or attacking the platform or other accounts
• Reselling access to your account, or sharing one account across separate businesses
• Automated load that degrades the service for others

Regulated and high-risk categories

Some categories bring compliance obligations we are not set up to meet. You may not use OpusFunnel to sell adult content, weapons, illegal drugs, or to offer regulated financial or medical advice without the licences that requires.

If you are unsure whether your business fits, ask us before you build. We would rather answer than close an account later.

How we enforce it

Where we reasonably can, we warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. For serious cases - fraud, malware, illegal content - we suspend immediately.

If we close an account for a breach, the Refund & Cancellation Policy still applies to money you have already paid.

Reporting abuse

If something built on OpusFunnel is breaking these rules, email support@opusfunnel.com with the address and what you saw. We read every report.
