If unlimited email and a helpdesk are what you need, Kartra earns its price. If you're weighing 2,500 contacts at $119 against unlimited at $79, the arithmetic speaks for itself.

Yes, on Kartra's Essentials plan at $59. It disappears on Starter at $119 and above. On a business doing $10,000 a month, that 5% is $500 — considerably more than the plan itself. OpusFunnel's Free plan takes 2%, and every paid plan, from $79, takes 0%.
True. We cap sends per plan because we pay per email delivered. The alternative is charging a percentage of your revenue, which we'd rather not do. Grow includes 40,000 sends a month; overage is billed at cost plus a small margin.
No. We have a unified inbox that catches Instagram, Messenger, web chat and email in one thread, but it isn't a ticketing system. If you need formal support desk workflows, Kartra has that and we don't.
Contacts export by CSV, course content downloads and re-uploads, pages get rebuilt from our templates. Active subscriptions can't transfer between platforms — that's universal. On Grow and Scale we'll handle the migration.
