Copyright and Illegal Content Policy

Last updated 24 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-24

OpusFunnel hosts websites, funnels, stores, courses and other content that our customers create. We do not check it before it is published, but we act on reports. This page explains how to report copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and how to report other illegal content.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

Send a written notice by email:

Copyright notices: support@opusfunnel.com, with "DMCA notice" in the subject line.

Your notice must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. the copyrighted work you say is infringed (or a list, if there are several);
  3. the material you say infringes, and the web address or other information we need to find it;
  4. your name, address, phone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material and tell the customer who published it. A person who knowingly makes a false claim can be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).

Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to support@opusfunnel.com, with "DMCA counter-notice" in the subject line, including:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. the material that was removed and where it appeared before;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the US, any district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We will send the counter-notice to the person who complained. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have started a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We close, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Reporting other illegal content

If you believe content hosted by OpusFunnel is illegal, for example fraud, phishing, or content that exploits children, you can report it to support@opusfunnel.com, with "Illegal content" in the subject line. Please include:

  • why you believe the content is illegal;
  • the exact web address or addresses;
  • your name and email address (not needed if you are reporting child sexual abuse material);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.

We will confirm we have received your report, review it promptly and carefully, and tell you our decision and how you can seek redress. If we learn of content suggesting a threat to someone's life or safety, we report it to the relevant authorities.

Our decisions and your rights

If we remove content, restrict it or suspend an account, we tell the customer affected, with a statement of reasons: what we did, why, whether the decision was automated, and the law or term it is based on. The customer can ask us to review the decision by replying to that message, and may also go to court.

We may suspend, for a reasonable period, people who frequently send reports that are clearly unfounded.
