Common questions

Is 0% really permanent, or does it change at scale?

Permanent, on every plan. There is no volume threshold and no higher tier that removes a fee, because there is no fee to remove.

What does Stripe charge?

2.9% plus 30¢ on standard card payments, which is Stripe's own pricing and goes to Stripe. Every platform is subject to it, including the ones that also take a percentage on top.

Can I use my existing Stripe account?

Yes. Connect the account you already have and payments keep settling to the same place, on the same schedule.

Do you support PayPal?

Yes, alongside Stripe. You can offer both at checkout.

Can I send invoices and contracts?

Yes, from the $29 Sell plan — one-off and recurring invoices, automatic reminders, and e-signed contracts stored against the contact. Kajabi, ClickFunnels and Thinkific include none of this.

What happens when a subscription payment fails?

Automatic retries run on a schedule, and from the $97 plan a recovery sequence can email the customer, and revoke course or community access if the payment never clears.
