The short version: cancel whenever you like, from inside your account, and you will not be charged again. The longer version is below.
Go to Settings, then Billing, and cancel. It takes effect immediately - no email required, no retention call, no notice period.
If you cannot reach your account for any reason, email support@opusfunnel.com and we will cancel it for you.
Export your work before the 30 days are up. Once it is deleted we cannot recover it.
Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of it, no payment is taken and there is nothing to cancel.
Monthly plans. If you cancel, you keep the rest of the month you paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Annual plans. Cancel within 30 days of the first payment and we refund it in full. After 30 days, the annual term runs to its end and is not refunded, but you will not be renewed.
If we are at fault. If the service was unusable for a meaningful period because of us, email us. We will refund that time. We would rather do that than argue.
Charged by mistake. If you were billed after cancelling, or billed twice, tell us and we will refund it in full - usually the same day.
Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe. Stripe typically takes 5 to 10 business days to return the money to your statement; that part is out of our hands.
Charges for usage above your plan's included amounts - extra email sends, for example - cover a service already delivered and are not refundable.
Please email us first. A chargeback costs us a fee and freezes the conversation for weeks, and almost every case is something we would simply have refunded. We have no interest in holding on to money you did not mean to spend.
