Terms & Conditions

Last updated 20 August 2026

These terms govern your use of OpusFunnel. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable. By starting a trial or paying for a plan you agree to them.

The service

OpusFunnel is software you rent by the month. It gives you a website and blog, sales funnels, an online store, courses and memberships, a community, a CRM with a shared inbox, calendars, email marketing, automation and checkout - depending on which plan you are on.

We host it and keep it running. You supply the content, the products and the customers.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for what happens under it, including keeping your password private and making sure anyone you invite behaves.

You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live.

One person or business per account. You may create as many sub-accounts as your plan allows, but you may not resell access to your account to others.

Plans, billing and price changes

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing gives you two months free. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

PlanMonthly
Publish$12
Sell$29
Grow$97
Scale$197

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

We take 0% of your sales. When your customers pay you, the only cut is your payment processor's - the same as it would be anywhere. We do not add a platform percentage on top.

Usage beyond what your plan includes - extra email sends, for example - is billed at the rate shown on the pricing page. If we change a price we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of it, the account simply stops - we will not charge you by surprise.

Your content stays yours

Everything you upload - pages, courses, videos, contacts, copy - remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.

You give us the limited permission we need to host and display it: to store it, back it up, and serve it to the people you send it to. That permission ends when you delete the content or close the account.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for the claims you make to your own customers.

Acceptable use

There are things you may not do with the service - spam, fraud, malware, and a short list of others. They are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Maintenance happens, and so do failures upstream of us.

We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on these plans. If we have a significant outage, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.

Cancelling and ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. What happens to your billing and your data is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove any protection you have under the law where you live.
