Sales and payments

Get paid through your own Stripe account, and look after checkout, orders, subscriptions, refunds and discounts.

• Connect your Stripe accountLet your store, sales pages and courses take payments, paid straight into your own Stripe account.
• How checkout worksWhat a buyer sees from the buy button to the thank-you page, on your store and on a sales page, and what happens after they pay.
• Sell a product on a funnel page, with order bumps and upsellsAttach a product to a sales, checkout or upsell step so its button takes payment, and add a tick-box add-on or a follow-up offer.
• Set up delivery zones and ratesDecide where you post to and what delivery costs, so buyers of physical products see only the options for their country.
• Find and fulfil ordersLook up an order, see what was bought and where it goes, mark it packed or shipped, and add tracking so the buyer is told.
• Subscriptions and recurring paymentsSee who is on a recurring plan, what happens when a renewal fails, and how to cancel one.
• Refunds and disputesRefund a customer in Stripe, and see how refunds and chargebacks update the order, access and commissions.
• Create discount codes and automatic discountsMake a code customers type at checkout, or a reduction that applies on its own, with limits, dates and the products it covers.
• Offer a discount for an email on a first visitShow first-time store visitors a box that swaps their email address for a first-order discount code.
• Commissions on your salesHow a sale is credited to an affiliate partner, what happens to the commission when an order is refunded, and where to see what you owe.
• Receipts, invoices and taxThe emails your customers get after they buy, what Stripe sends, how to change the wording, and how tax is handled at checkout.
