Buy an add-on when you reach a limit

When you need one more of something your plan caps, you can buy it on its own instead of moving up a whole plan. Add-ons are paid from your wallet. Monthly ones renew until you cancel them; packs of AI builds are bought once.

Before you start

• You are an owner or admin of the business.
• Enough in your wallet to cover the first month or the pack. See Top up your wallet.

Steps

From Billing & wallet

1. Open Settings › Billing & wallet and find Add-ons.
2. Find the one you need. Each line says what you get and what it costs.
3. Press its button, which starts Add for and shows the price. The first month is taken from your wallet at once.
4. A message confirms it, and the add-on moves to the list of active add-ons with "Renews from your wallet on" and the date.
5. The raised limit applies straight away. Go back and do what was blocked.

For example, the custom domain line reads "Extra custom domain — one more custom domain for $5.00 a month", and its button Add for $5.00 a month.

AI builds

1. Under AI builds, choose a pack: 10 builds, 50 builds, 100 builds, 500 builds or 1,000 builds. Bigger packs cost less per build, and the button says so.
2. The builds count this month and the pack does not renew.

The AI assistant

1. Press the Add for button on the AI assistant line. It shows the monthly price.
2. A switch labelled AI assistant appears at the top of the card. Turn it On.
3. Under the switch, a line shows how many of the month's actions are used, for example "48 of 300 actions used this month."

The assistant costs $29.00 a month. On the Resell plan it is included; the switch shows without buying it.

When a limit stops you

When you hit a cap – adding a domain, inviting a teammate, building a funnel – the message often includes a Need more? line with the price and an Add button. Pressing it buys the add-on from your wallet on the spot. Then try again.

Cancel an add-on

1. In the list of active add-ons, press Cancel beside it.
2. The message Cancelled. It stays on until the month you paid for ends. appears. The line says "Cancelled — stays on until" and the date.

What happens next

Each monthly add-on renews from your wallet on the same day each month. If the wallet cannot pay a renewal, it is tried again for a week; after that the add-on is cancelled and the limit drops back.

For agencies

Prices shown are what the account itself pays. In a client account, your clients see the price you set, or "at no extra charge" if you cover it.

For clients of an agency

Add-on prices come from your agency. If an add-on is not offered, your agency has not made it available on your plan.

Troubleshooting

The add-on I want isn't listed. It is not sold when your plan already has that thing without limit, and brands are not sold on plans that include no brands ("White-label brands are not part of your plan."). Move up a plan instead.

It was refused and mentions the wallet. Your wallet cannot cover the first month. Press Top up on the message (or go to the Wallet card), add money, then add it again.

"Only an owner or admin can add this." Ask an owner or admin to buy it, or to change your role.

I bought a domain slot but still can't add a domain. Reload the page so the new limit is read, then try again.

The AI assistant switch won't turn on. The message says why, for example the wallet or AI being switched off for the account. Top up, or ask whoever manages your account.
