What your wallet pays for
Every charge that comes out of your wallet, and its price, so a bill never surprises you.
Your plan covers the allowances listed in Plans and what each one includes. Everything paid per use comes out of your wallet as it happens, at the prices below. When the wallet is empty those things stop, rather than running up a bill.
Before you start
- Open Settings › Billing & wallet to see your balance and the Transactions list while you read.
Steps
- Read the list below to see what a job will cost.
- Before a big send, check the balance in the top bar covers it.
- After it, read Transactions to see each charge.
Messages and calls

A long text is sent in several parts, and each part is charged, so one long text can cost $0.06.
US texting registration
US carriers require your business to be registered before they deliver texts from your number. This is charged once: $9 for the business registration and $19 for the campaign check, then $3 a month for the campaign.
AI
AI (writing copy, replies, answers, builds and so on) is charged at what the AI model costs, multiplied by your plan's rate: 3 times on Free, 2 times on Launch, and 1.5 times on Unlimited and Resell. A single answer or reply usually costs a fraction of a cent. AI this month under Usage shows what you have spent, and any AI included in your plan.

What happens next
Each charge appears under Transactions with the balance left after it. Your plan's own price is not taken from the wallet: it is billed to your card. See Find your invoices and update your card.
For agencies
The prices above are what your agency account pays. You can set your own price for each of these for your clients under Reselling, and keep the difference.
For clients of an agency
Your agency sets your prices. Every price in the app, including add-ons, is the one you pay. If your agency pays your usage, the charges are listed on your wallet but billed to them.
Troubleshooting
I was charged for a text someone sent me. Texts are charged whether they are sent or received.
Email charges appeared although I thought I was under my allowance. The allowance is monthly. Check Emails this month under Usage to see how many have been counted this month.
A charge I don't recognise. Find it under Transactions. The line says what it was for. Phone numbers and monthly add-ons renew each month from the wallet without you doing anything.
AI stopped part way through a job. The wallet ran out, or a monthly AI limit was reached. See AI stopped working.
