Plans and what each one includes
The four plans side by side, what counts against each allowance, and where to see how much you have used.
There are four plans: Free, Launch, Unlimited and Resell. Each includes real allowances. Past an allowance you either buy one more of that thing as an add-on, pay per use from your wallet, or move up a plan.
Before you start
- Nothing. Anyone on the team can read the plan; only an owner or admin can change it.
Steps
- Open Settings › Billing & wallet.
- Current plan shows the plan you are on and, on a paid plan, the date it renews (or ends, if you cancelled).
- Usage shows a bar for each allowance, such as Funnels, Products, Custom domains, Team seats, Contacts, Emails this month and Site and funnel builds this month. A bar turns amber at 80% and red when it is full. An allowance with no cap reads Unlimited.
- Under the bars, AI this month shows what AI has cost you this month and any monthly limit.
- Change plan lists the four plans with their prices. Your plan is marked Current plan.

In short:
- Free – prove it works before you pay. One funnel, your own domain, and a 2% fee on what you sell.
- Launch – one business, running properly. No sales fee, a store, and room for a small team.
- Unlimited – run clients under your own brand, with your domain and logo.
- Resell – sell the app as your own product: branded sign-up, clients set up automatically when they subscribe, your own prices through your own Stripe, and a markup on what they use.

What happens next
Your allowances apply straight away. Use that is not in the plan – texts, calls, phone numbers, email past your allowance, AI – is paid from your wallet as it happens. See What your wallet pays for.
For agencies
Unlimited and Resell are the agency plans. Each client account you create has its own allowances from the plan you give it.
For clients of an agency
Your plan comes from your agency, so you do not see the four plans above. When your agency sells plans, Settings › Billing & wallet shows Your plan with followed by your agency's name, with the plans they offer. Otherwise it says "Your plan is arranged by your agency. Get in touch with them to change it."
Troubleshooting
A usage bar is red and I can't add more. You have reached that allowance. For funnels, custom domains, team seats and builds you can buy one more as an add-on; otherwise move up a plan. See Limit and "not on your plan" messages.
"Couldn't load your billing details." Reload the page. If it stays, see Tell support about a problem.
The plan says "Unlimited — staff account". This is an internal account with no plan limits. Billing does not apply to it.
I have two businesses and only one is on a paid plan. Plans belong to each business, not to your login. Switch to the other business and change its plan there.
