Troubleshooting
"Business verified" has said in progress for more than a day. Reload the page; the status is checked again when you open it. If it still hasn't moved, contact support with what the line says.
The carriers refused the business. The usual reasons are a legal name that doesn't match the EIN record exactly, or a website that isn't live. Read The carriers said:, then press Correct the details and resubmit.
The carriers refused the campaign. Carriers check that your site is live and that the Contact page's form has the phone field and consent box. Publish the site and the Contact page, then submit again.
"This campaign has already gone to the carriers…" It was submitted automatically when your business was verified. Nothing more is needed.
Texts to US numbers are still refused although the checklist looks done. Check Number attached says done. The number you text from must be on the campaign.
