Create your account and sign in
Sign up with your email or with Google, confirm your address, and sign in again later.
Your account is your login. Creating one also creates your first business, named after the company name you give. You can sign up with an email address and password, or with your Google account.
Before you start
- An email address you can open now, to confirm it.
- The name of your business, for example "Bright Dental".
Steps
Sign up with email
- Open the sign-in page and choose the Sign up tab.
- Type your Company name, your Email and a Password of at least 6 characters.
- Press Create account.
- A box says Confirm your email. Open the email we sent and press the link in it.
- The link opens a page that says Signing you in… and then takes you into the app.
If no confirmation is needed, step 4 is skipped and you go straight to your dashboard.
Sign up or sign in with Google
- On either tab, press Continue with Google.
- Pick your Google account and allow access.
- You come back to the app, signed in.
A business created through Google is called "My Business" at first, because Google does not tell us your company name. Rename it under Settings › Branding › Edit funnel branding, in the Brand name field.
Sign in next time
- Open the sign-in page. The Sign in tab is chosen.
- Type your Email and Password and press Sign in, or press Continue with Google if that is how you signed up.
- You land on your dashboard.
If you signed up on the website
If you started from the website and were emailed a link, pressing it signs you in and shows a welcome page that asks you to choose a password, so you can sign in again with your email. Type a Password of at least 8 characters and press Save and continue. Next time, sign in with your email and that password.
What happens next
You land on your dashboard, with a card offering to build your business.
If you chose a paid plan on the website before signing up, a line says which plan you are signing up for, and you are taken to the payment step after signing in; you are not charged before that step.
Next, work through the first-week checklist.
For clients of an agency
Your sign-in page carries your agency's name, logo and welcome words, and its footer shows your agency's support email or help link if they set one. The confirmation and reset emails also come in your agency's name. Everything else works the same.
Troubleshooting
The confirmation email hasn't arrived. Check spam and any "Promotions" folder, and make sure the address was typed correctly. The box after sign-up shows the address it was sent to.
The link says "This link has expired or has already been used". Each link works once, and only for a limited time. If you already pressed it, your address is confirmed: go to the sign-in page and sign in. If sign-in says your email is not confirmed, contact support (or your agency) for a new link.
The link says "This link is incomplete". The email program cut the link short. Open the email again and press the button rather than copying the address.
Sign-in shows an error under the form. The message is the reason, for example a wrong password or an email address that has not been confirmed yet. Confirm your email first, or reset your password: see Reset a forgotten password.
After signing in I see "No workspace found". Your login exists but it is not attached to an active business. Press Check again. If it stays, ask the owner of the business to invite you again, or contact support. See Can't sign in.
Google sign-in brought me to a business called "My Business". That is expected for a new Google sign-up. Rename it as described above.
