Add your logo, name and colours

Set the logo, business name and two colours your visitors see on your published pages, checkout and emails.

Your branding is what your customers see: the logo, business name and colours on your published pages, your checkout and the emails your leads receive. It is also where you rename your business.

Before you start

  • Your logo as a PNG, SVG or JPEG file, smaller than 5 MB. A logo with a little space around it looks best.
  • Your two brand colours, ideally as hex codes. Bright Dental, for example, might use #0F6B57 and #FFFFFF.

Steps

  1. Open Settings › Branding. The card What your customers see explains what this changes. (You can also press your logo at the top of the sidebar.)
  2. Press Edit funnel branding. A panel called Funnel branding slides in.
  3. Under Logo, press the box that says Click to upload PNG, SVG or JPEG and choose your file. A preview appears.
  4. Check Brand name. This is your business name. It is shown instead of the logo wherever no logo is set, and it is the name on your account.
  5. Set Primary colour and Secondary colour. Use the colour picker, or type a hex code in the box beside it.
  6. Press Save changes. The message Funnel branding updated. appears and the panel closes.

Remove the logo

  1. Open Edit funnel branding again.
  2. Press the bin icon beside the logo preview.
  3. In Remove your logo?, press Remove logo. Your brand name is shown as text where the logo was.
  4. Press Save changes.

What happens next

Your published pages, your checkout and the emails your leads receive use the new logo, name and colours. Reload a live page to see the change. The name also shows in the account menu at the top of the sidebar.

Your visitors only ever see this branding, never the app's own look.

For agencies

In your agency's own account the Branding tab has a second card, What your clients see. That sets the app your clients sign in to: Product name, logos, Accent colour, Support email, Support link, Login headline and Login subtext. The two never mix: a client's customers never see your agency's logo. See Set up your white-label brand.

To set a client's own funnel branding, open the client from Sub-accounts and follow the steps above inside their account.

For clients of an agency

Your pages carry your own business branding, set here. The app itself carries your agency's brand, which only they can change.

Troubleshooting

"Please upload a PNG, SVG or JPEG file." Other formats, such as WebP or GIF, are not accepted. Save the logo as PNG and try again.

"Logo must be smaller than 5MB." Export the logo at a smaller size. A few hundred pixels wide is plenty for a header.

"Brand name is required when no logo is set." Without a logo, the name is what shows. Type a name, or upload a logo.

My logo looks small or cut off. It is fitted into the space, not cropped. A wide logo with little empty space around it fills the space best.

I saved, but my page still shows the old logo. Reload the page. If your browser still shows the old one, see Something looks wrong after an update.
