Find, organise and reuse your campaigns
Search your campaigns, sort them into folders, copy a good one, and archive the ones you are done with.
Everything your account has emailed lives on one list: campaigns you wrote, emails sent from Contacts, and the emails inside your sequences and workflows. Folders, search and archiving keep the list tidy, and cloning lets you reuse last month's newsletter instead of starting again.
Before you start
- At least one campaign. See Create and send an email campaign.
Steps
Find a campaign
- Go to Marketing › Email and open the Campaigns tab.
- Choose a section on the left: - Email Campaigns: campaigns written on this screen. - Workflow Campaigns: your workflows, the runs that start on their own from a trigger. - Bulk Action Campaigns: emails sent by ticking people on Contacts. - Email Sequences: your sequences, several emails spaced out over time.
- Type part of the name or subject into Search campaign name.
- Read the table: Title, Type, Last updated, Execution date and Status. A status is Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent or Cancelled.
- Use Previous and Next at the bottom to page through, ten at a time.
Sort campaigns into folders
- Click Create folder, type a name such as "Newsletters 2026", and click Create.
- On a campaign's row, click the three dots, point to Move to folder and choose the folder.
- Click a folder's name above the list to see only what is in it. Click Home to go back to everything.
- To remove a folder, open it and click Delete folder. What was in it moves back to Home; no campaign is deleted.
Reuse, rename, archive or delete
Open the three dots on a row in Email Campaigns:
- Edit opens the campaign.
- Preview campaign shows the email and its subject without opening it.
- Clone makes a copy and opens it. The copy is a draft and has been sent to nobody, so you can change the audience and date. A fitness coach can clone "January challenge" into "February challenge" and only change the dates.
- Rename changes the name you see in the list.
- Archive campaign takes it off the list without losing it. Click Archived above the list to see archived campaigns, and Put back in the list to restore one.
- Delete removes it for good. What it already sent stays counted in your statistics.
What happens next
- Moving, renaming and archiving never change what was sent or who received it.
- Archived campaigns still count in Statistics.
- Sequences and workflows open in their own editor when you click them. See What a workflow is.
Troubleshooting
Clicking a row in Bulk Action Campaigns does nothing. Emails sent from Contacts are a record of the send, not an editable campaign. They have no menu and cannot be opened.
A campaign has disappeared from the list. It is probably archived. Click Archived above the list, find it, and choose Put back in the list. Also check you are in Home and not inside a folder, and that the search box is empty.
The Move to folder menu says "No folders yet." Create a folder first with Create folder above the list.
Workflow Campaigns shows templates instead of my workflows. Only workflows with a trigger are listed there, and none of yours has one yet. Add a trigger, or find all your workflows under Automations › Workflows. See Every workflow trigger explained.
I deleted a campaign by mistake. Deleting cannot be undone. Next time, use Archive campaign for anything you might want again.
